Swim Deep - “King City”

It’s been three months since Swim Deep have dropped their single “King City” on Soundcloud and I think it is safe to say that the trio are one of the most promising young bands to come out of Birmingham’s music scene.  With their extremely catchy grunge-pop tunes they could easily compete with Greater Manchester’s indie-pop outfit Egyptian Hip Hop who have received a lot of hype by the British music press over the past few years. Trophys - “Funeral”

Trophys are a Maidstone based trio from England. They’ve just recently dropped their new single “Funeral”, featuring a track called “Interlude” on the b-side. After building up a hype around the area of Kent they’re now getting the chance to support Casiokids at one of their UK shows. They’re currently working on an EP which is set to be released this year. Some really great synth-pop tunes with catchy hooks for fans of Egyptian Hip Hop!
